I’m Day, a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience and a proud mother of three amazing boys. After having my children, I began suffering from severe hormone imbalances that not only affected my health but also my relationships—including with those I love most. This struggle became a wake-up call, inspiring me to take a bold step forward and dive deeper into women’s health.
By combining my medical experience with my passion for helping women, I committed to learning how to restore balance naturally. I knew I didn’t want to rely solely on conventional medicine; instead, I embraced a more holistic approach to stop the mood swings and emotional rollercoasters that had taken over my days.
Hormonal shifts, especially after postpartum, are incredibly common- but too often, they linger until we make a conscious effort to heal. My mission is to help women balance their hormones naturally through nutrition and lifestyle changes, so they can experience true inner peace, calm, clarity, and confidence.
When I’m not supporting women on their healing journeys, you’ll likely find me traveling the world with my husband and our three boys, exploring new places, creating memories, and soaking up life’s adventures.
