I’m Day, a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience specializing in women’s and menstrual health.

After having my children, I was diagnosed with hormone imbalances and severe PMS. Like many women, I was told that birth control was the only solution  but I knew that wasn’t the path I wanted to take.

As a nurse, I had seen firsthand how hormonal birth control can lead to unwanted side effects, I wanted to support my body naturally, not override it.

That’s when I began tracking my menstrual cycle  and everything started to change.

By tuning into my cycle, I began to understand the rhythm of my body and how my hormones were influencing my mood, energy, and overall health. That simple shift gave me insights that no lab test or prescription ever had. Over time, the fatigue, emotional rollercoasters, and burnout began to fade and I finally felt like myself again.

Cycle tracking became the foundation of my healing. It helped me recognize patterns, support my body’s natural flow, and make intentional choices that restored balance.

Now, I help other women do the same because hormonal symptoms are common, but they don’t have to be your normal.
